Course Duration: This course is designed to be completed up to 72 weeks (excluding holidays).
Expected Study Hours: Typical learners are expected to spend 1750 hours (excluding holidays) depending on existing knowledge, skills, and experience.

What are the entry requirements?
No licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this qualification.
However, for entry into Prosper Training, students must:
- Be assessed as having Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills that meet the required Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) standards for Level 3
- Be in a management role in the community sector, such as:
- Facility Manager
- Unit Manager
- Service Supervisor

Students will need to prepare/ensure access to:
- A relevant workplace* (students are required to be in a management role in the community sector such as: Facility Manager, Unit Manager, or a Service Supervisor within the Community Services environments)
- Computer with Internet, email access, and a working web browser
- Installed software: MS Word, Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Video recording equipment, e.g. smartphone or a camera with video recording capabilities
- At least four (4) volunteers to participate in various role play activities
- A safe and suitable environment for conducting role plays
What are the course fees?
The CHC62015 course is available for only $3,999.00.
Initial deposit of $1,500.00 upon enrolment + remaining balance to be paid 11 monthly instalments of $227.20.

What are the Qualification Pathways?
Learners who successfully complete this qualification may then decide to complete another Advanced Diploma qualification, Graduate Certificate or a Higher Education Bachelor/Degree such as:
- Graduate Certificate in Career Development*
- Graduate Certificate in Client Assessment and Case Management*
- Bachelor of Community Services*
*These qualifications are not offered by Prosper Training.
Is Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) available?
Prosper Training has a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process in place which is discussed in details in the RTO’s Recognition Policy and Procedure.
Prospective students are informed of the RPL Policy and procedures prior to enrolment in the course and through a variety of means, including pre-enrolment interview, enrolment form, student handbook, and website.
